• Ruler

Assembly Instructions

1. Print the templates at 100% scale. Do not select “Fit to Page.”
2. Carefully cut out all the template pieces along the cutting lines.
3. Score along the indicated fold lines using a scoring tool or bone folder.
4. Fold the pieces along the scored lines.
5. Apply glue to the tabs and carefully join the pieces.
6. Allow the glue to dry completely before trying on your finished paper hat.

The templates are designed for A4 and US Letter-size paper. Check the page layout before printing to ensure the template fits your paper size.

If you want to make a larger or smaller model, resize the SVG file using compatible design software. Group all elements before scaling to keep the template aligned correctly.
